How to keep my Static IP when renewing my service?
If you wish to keep your current Static IP unchanged, then you have to purchase next VPN period at anytime BEFORE the service expiration date. For example let's say that your Static VPN service expires on 2015-11-20. So you can log in to the Customers Area at anytime before this date and make a purchase of next period. The new service period will join your current running period (it will start on 2015-11-21), so you will not loose any day of your VPN service and Static IP address will remain assigned to your account.
Please mind that in case you would let your service expire your Static IP will be released and available for other users.
