Do you keep logs?
We do not monitor, record or store logs for anyones online activity. We however store following logs:
- Time, date and location of each VPN connection
- Duration of the vpn connection
- Bandwidth used during the connection
- Original (source IP of connection initiator) and assigned VPN IP address
We use that logs to enforce our Terms of Service, bandwidth policy, spam, crimes using the service, etc. If there is a violation we will use these trace logs to determine which account is in violation. After analysis of this data, we can decide to terminate the service and/or take further actions.
