I am getting error 691. I can't connect.
Hi the error may be caused by one of the following problems:
- Your username or password is invalid - be sure you enter the username with "@vpnstaticip.com" like email@example.com at the end and use the password which is the same as for customer area login.
- You are connecting to wrong VPN server. You can find the server where your Static IP is set in Customer area. Please check your Static IP server and be sure you are connecting to the correct one.
